IKO Grappling KIDS GRAPPLING PROGRAM Grappling is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting, submissions, and self-defense. This is a fun class that is full of very useful techniques for both girls and boys, no matter their age! We are also opening enrollment to non-IKO students, so feel free to bring a friend!
